# Premise of V2

Why V2?

We’ve found that creative folks have figured out ways to extract value from the MITH Cash ecosystem without contributing. Hence, we have designed a new set of rules, and these rules present themselves in MITH Cash V2. 

V2's upgrades address the issues of V1, by rewarding loyalty & penalizing market manipulation / quick arbitrage plays.
