Fees collected from sub-1 sale of MIC that is due to be dripped to MIS holders staked in boardroom is not dripped during each epoch like seigniorage. This drip is dripped at time of fee collection. And the drip is dripped on MIS staked at time of fee collection. Which means if your MIS is not on the boardroom during the ongoing drips, you will lose out.
